21 Day Sprint to Spring

So lets try my hand @blogging..Hi my name is Crystal Lutgen, I am a 33yr old wife and mommy of 2 beautiful girls ages 11 and 13. I have been dieting for most of my life and finally decided 1yr ago enough was enough. At 5'5.75" most "What Should I Weigh" guides have me pinned at 135-150lbs. I began adjusting and changing my food lifestyle in February 2012 by working out harder at my gym, a bootcamp style workout, and learning how to run and how to enjoy it. To date I have lost 40lbs with another 46lbs to go, currently weighing 196lbs. Ok yes I know I just broke 2 cardinal woman laws all in my first paragraph, I not only told my age but confessed my weight too. But if I'm not honest with myself and those that share my life then what is the point right.

This morning I began a 21 Day Sprint into Spring Challenge at my gym. It consists of a specific diet outline and supplements regime coupled with Bootcamp classes and an online accountability check in system.

My first breakfast was really yummy, 3 fried eggs, a handful of baby spinach, and one slice of canadian bacon.
I will do my best to keep this blog updated as I journey through this new challenge and welcome all questions and comments. But remember to play nice :)
